  • Training for athletes is done in 6 week, 8 week or12 week membership options, and 1 to 5 Training days per week. “Power, Speed and Agility”
  • Training groups with our T2 Strength Camps. T2 Camps are invite only and according to the goal / project necessary. You give us your primary goal and we create a plan with a timeline. This is a very rare, elite training camp, only incorporated upon application and acceptance into our program. This program has NO room for quitters. We only accept those individuals who are fully prepared to train like an elite athlete. Athletic Teams, Law Enforcement, Military and Security Personnel are regular applicants for these camps.

What type of individual is accepted into our athlete development program?

We at T2 take highly dedicated, hard working athletes and transform them into explosive, brutally strong, mentally & physically tougher athletes.

We also train beginners and non completive athletes

Most athletes need to get the edge over their competition. Their competition is already doing everything they are doing: attending athletic camps and clubs specific to their sport, training in their high school or collegiate weight room, etc.

The T2 Training Center offers specialized training methods for athletes, giving you the edge you need to transform yourself from ordinary into extraordinary, period!

The training of our athletes takes place in small groups, allowing like minded athletes to gather together and feed from one another as opposed to being stuck with unmotivated individuals who bring the energy of the group down. Groups are often 2 - 6 athletes per Coach.

Screening our athletes and their parents prior to acceptance ensures that we have athletes who are ready and willing to commit to their success with supportive parents who trust us and allow us to do what we do best,  which is transforming athletes into the best they have ever been.
