T2 Strength Center - Personal coach

What type of individual is accepted into T2 Strength Center development program?

T2 Strength Coaches only take highly dedicated, hard working individuals and transform them into explosive, brutally strong, mentally & physically tougher than their competitors.

We also train military, law enforcement, and adults who are hard core fitness enthusiasts.

Our clients need to get the edge over their competition. T2 Strength training facility offers specialized training methods for athletes, giving you the edge you need to transform yourself from ordinary into extraordinary.

We offer 4 types of membership

1) T2 W.O.W (Work out Of the Week): When you arrive at T2 Training at The Gym you will receive your work outs for the week and a trained professional will answer any questions you may have. $5 per week for members, $15 for non members.

2) T2 W.O.W Group Training: For the individuals looking for the extra push. Group Training :Takes place in small groups, allowing like-minded individuals to gather together and feed from one another as opposed to being stuck with unmotivated individuals who bring the energy of the group down. Groups are often 2-10 individuals per Coach. (see group training rates )

3) One on One Personal Coaching: Stuck in a rut? Try training 1 on 1 with one of our Professional Coaches after just 1 session you will see the value of a personal.

4) T2 Strength Camp: T2 Strength Camps are arranged via invite only. You give us your primary goal and we create a plan with a timeline. This is a very rare, elite training camp, Ask for details.

Group session rates

  • Unlimited Coaching = $50 Bi-Weekly
  • 1 session = $10
  • 10 sessions = $90 (punch card 10 week expiry date)
  • 20 sessions = $150 (punch card 10 week expiry date)
  • 30 sessions = $180 (punch card 12 week expiry date)
